Academics At New Hope

Educational Excellence

Our academic program is under constant review to ensure that every student is receiving excellence in education. As an elementary school, New Hope prepares students for future learning, high school, and beyond by giving them an academic foundation in core subjects, as well as independent learning, study skills, and critical thinking.

Enrichment Classes

In addition to an academic foundation in core subjects, New Hope provides enrichment classes in the areas of music, art, and physical education. These classes provide a well-rounded educational experience, as well as help each student discover and develop his or her unique gifts.

CHristian Core Values

Students at New Hope Lutheran Academy learn about God’s love and wisdom through daily Bible study and a social-emotional curriculum based on five Biblical values: empathy, self-control, integrity, grit, and family. All our subjects are taught in the light of God’s Word, centered on His truth and His grace.

Personalized Education in Multi-grade Classrooms

Every child is unique, with a special set of strengths and weaknesses, gifts and challenges. New Hope Lutheran Academy honors this truth by providing a low student-to-teacher ratio.

This personalized attention prepares students for their unique futures by both challenging them with rigorous academics and supporting them in their individual needs.

New Hope offers multi-grade classrooms, a unique and beneficial setting for students to learn and grow. It also helps our teachers personalize your child’s education. Learn more about the benefits of multi-grade classrooms by watching this short video.
